Before a customer loses interest in eating at your establishment and leaves feeling dissatisfied, you have an obligation to meet and exceed their expectations. In the event that you do not succeed, your employer will either fire you or demote you to a lower level. If you are successful, however, your employer will give you the opportunity to run an additional sushi restaurant.
