Thief, don't run

This is a game in which you go on the hunt for thieves, and throughout the course of the game, you will come across a variety of different types of thieves. The objective of the game is either to protect property, to protect important documents, or to protect important items. Thieves may have a car, may have a key to rescue companions, or may hide in places that you cannot see. Are you able to catch every one of them?
