About Wounded Winter: A Lakota Story is a free first-person shooter and western action game with stunning low-poly graphics. The game is set in the 1870s. Story The name of the story's protagonist is Akecheta, and he is a Lakota man (Native American). While he is out hunting, members of the Akecheta tribe are attacked and killed by their attackers. The assailants also kidnapped Akecheta's wife and took her with them. To rescue his wife and exact revenge on those responsible for the deaths of his people, Akecheta sets out on a treacherous journey.
